Introduction to the installation and reinforcement process of the cable rack of the communication tower

Since the communication tower is a tower, we know that it is a heavier and larger product. It needs to occupy a certain amount of space, and it also needs to have a certain height. General communication towers are very tall, so the effect will be better. In fact, the communication tower is not only the tower body we see, but the tower body plays a supporting role. And there are multiple platforms with antennas that need to be installed in the high air. The installation and path of the outdoor cable frame climbing ladder of the communication tower must be installed according to the requirements of the drawings. If there is no requirement in the drawings or the installation according to the requirements of the drawings is difficult, a reasonable path should be selected, and the designer and the project management personnel of the construction unit should be communicated and agreed. It can be installed afterwards. The changed drawings must be reflected in the construction plan to facilitate the design change drawings; if the cable rack is directly connected from the cable tower to the inlet of the machine room, install one piece with 4 expansion bolts 20cm below the inlet. ∠5~∠7 fixed iron with the same width of the wire frame, install a fixed iron on the cable tower lower than the wire inlet, (make the wire frame low on the tower side and high on the side of the machine room to prevent rainwater from entering the machine room). The wire rack is mounted on the fixed irons at both ends. If the wire rack is used in the color steel machine room to support the wire rack, if the length of the wire rack exceeds 3 meters, install a pair of support racks every 3 meters; communication tower wire rack It should be welded to the lightning protection belt of the feeder. The welding point must be above the wire rack. If there are grounding steel bars on the roof, the two ends of the wire rack must be welded to the grounding grid. Weld the wire rack to the grounding grid every 12 meters. ; To ensure safety, the cabling rack should minimize turning, and the turning angle should not be less than 90°. After all installations, check and tighten each bolt.
