Control the installation quality of communication towers
The contracting unit must fill out the on-site inspection form when the information is on-site. Attached is the quality verification sheet of steel and other materials, and the experiment declaration is submitted to the supervision unit. Together with the establishment unit and the contracting unit, the site data will be counted, and the supervision unit will receive the inspection report. Introspect the size, variety, number, specifications and galvanized thickness of the tower components and other appearance quality, whether it meets the design requirements, the method of introspection is mainly self-inspection, self-test, and sampling experiments in accordance with relevant national rules. The consequences must conform to national standards.

2. The welding rod must be E43, and the quality must conform to the GB5118-85 rules, and the flux quality must conform to the GB1308-85 rules; there must be a prestigious agency to determine and confirm, use clarification and inspection declaration; 2 if new information is used.

The steel must have a quality certificate, and the quality of the steel must conform to the rules of GB700-88GB1591-94 and YB168-70. And meet the requirements of the design documents. If the supervision unit has doubts about the material, it must be sampled and inspected in accordance with the relevant national standards. The results can be used only when the results meet the requirements of the national standards and design documents.
If there is deformation, the dimensions and specifications of the 5 components must meet the design requirements. Correction is necessary, and it is required that the component should not be cold corrected when the temperature is lower than -16°C. If there are delamination or crack defects at the fracture, the depth of corrosion, pitting or scratches on the surface of the steel shall not be greater than half of the negative deviation value of the thickness of the steel. The supervision unit will discuss and deal with the relevant units. The information and functional quality of the steel wire rope, steel strand (pull wire) and other materials used in the 7-pull tower of the communication tower must conform to the relevant national rules and design document requirements.
