Program actions. It mainly consists of electric appliances, electronic components, instruments (see the picture below), heaters, sensors and so on. Generally, there are four control methods: manual, semi-automatic, automatic and adjustment.
Heating/cooling
The heating system is used to heat the material barrel and injection nozzle. Generally, the material cylinder of the injection molding machine adopts the electric heating ring as the heating device, which is installed on the outside of the material barrel, and the thermocouple is used to detect it in sections. Heat is used to provide heat source for material plasticization through heat conduction of drum wall. The cooling system is mainly used to cool the oil temperature. The oil temperature is too high, which will cause various faults, so the oil temperature must be controlled. The other place where cooling is needed is near the feeding port of the feeding tube, so as to prevent the melting of the raw material at the feeding port, so that the raw material cannot be fed normally.
