1. The control equipment shall be able to set the flashing frequency, flashing sequence and light intensity of the system, and realize effective control of the luminaires when the distance from the luminaires is no more than 762m. In case of failure of the control equipment or control line, the luminaires shall continue to flash at the frequency specified in Table 5. In the event of failure of the circuit of the optical control light intensity level of the control equipment, all lamps shall be kept above their usual light intensity level or run above the maximum light intensity level.
2. The control equipment shall be able to monitor the running state of each lamp, i.e. the normal or failure state. The lamp shall fail if it leaks and flashes more than 4 times continuously or runs at the wrong light intensity level in the daytime. The monitored operation shall be indicated in such a way that a signal is normal and no signal is a failure. The equipment shall be provided with appropriate circuits and interfaces for transmitting normal or fault information of the system and individual lamps to remote alarm devices (optional or self-provided by the user).
3. The control and monitoring functions of the control equipment can be realized by circuits set in one or several lamps, or by a special control box that can be installed in the distance. On the remote control box, the operation status of each lamp shall be displayed, and a light intensity control switch shall be set for manual control during maintenance or when the photoelectric automatic control fails.
