The radiant energy of mobile towers decreases with distance. It is usually strongest at a distance of 50 meters from the antenna, and decreases in strength as you move away from the antenna. After the 150m mark, the RF energy becomes weaker.
The distance required to reduce exposure to the general public precautionary level of 100 microwatts per square meter (μW/m²) is typically about a quarter mile (1320 feet or 400 meters) or more. So if you spot a mobile tower at least 400 meters away, you're probably safe. Additionally, individuals with EMF hypersensitivity or other serious health issues may need to consider a greater safe distance, perhaps half a mile, or even further.
But as a precaution, due to the uncertainty of the uncertainty, the best way to test it yourself is to use an EMF radiometer or consult an EMF consultant.
