At present, the development of domestic aviation obstruction lights is in its infancy. Many regulations and systems are not yet sound, which has given birth to the coexistence of multiple quality aviation obstruction lights on the market. I personally summarized that there are about 3 levels: 1 is with a certificate, this certificate is the Civil Aviation Administration's online notification certificate, with this notified product, basically all engineering acceptance is no problem, and there are currently certified products in China. There are not many manufacturers. Of course, the product price is more expensive than ordinary products, about 10 times the price of ordinary products; 2 is without certificate, but there are formal inspection reports. This is because some manufacturers are controlling costs in order to cater to the domestic market. Under the circumstances, the compromise choice was made because the certificate is too expensive, but there is no way to guarantee the quality of the product without testing. This type of product has no problems in general engineering acceptance, and it is not possible for major projects. 3) Some businesses that do not bring a certificate, but will falsify, should pay special attention to this, because even the certificate is also falsified, and the quality of the product is also worrying.
Personally sum up the three levels of choices when buying navigation lights:
1. If there is a clear design document instructing to purchase a certificated aviation obstruction light, you must purchase a certificated product;
2. If there is no clear requirement to bring a certificate, just buy the one with a formal test report. It is best to buy products with test reports issued by the National Luminaire Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and the National Optoelectronics Supervision and Inspection Center, which are two organizations with testing qualifications recognized by the Civil Aviation Administration;
3. If it is purely cheap, buy the third one
