Foreword: Aviation obstruction lights need to be installed on the obstacles, play a warning role by emitting light, and assist the safe flight of aviation vehicles. Therefore, whether it is a high-rise urban building or a telecommunication tower standing in the wilderness, it is necessary to set up corresponding aviation obstruction lights in accordance with aviation obstruction light standards.


Telecommunications towers or telecommunications towers are mostly installed in inaccessible areas. The power tower is equipped with ultra-high voltage wires, which cannot separately provide suitable power supply for aviation obstruction lights. However, due to the remote location of the tower, there are relatively no higher obstacles around it. The power supply mode of the power tower aviation obstruction lights is basically set to solar power, and the aviation obstruction light selection is also solar aviation obstruction lights.


The setting plan of aviation obstruction light for telecommunication/communication tower can refer to the following:


Aviation obstruction lights are finalized: the solar-powered aviation obstruction lights shall prevail, and the integrated solar aviation obstruction lights or the split solar aviation obstruction lights shall be selected according to the type of the tower;


Aviation obstruction light accessories: Mainly refer to installation brackets and fastening screws for aviation obstruction light accessories. Due to the special geographical location of the tower and the high installation height of the obstruction light, the material of the obstruction light installation bracket and the fastening screw material should be stainless steel 304;


Aviation obstruction light counterweight: At the beginning of the design of the tower, the overall counterweight should be considered. The overall weight of the aviation obstruction light (including the main body of the obstruction light, solar panels and batteries) set on the iron tower should be within a reasonable range of the tower's load-bearing capacity, and it will not cause harm to the structure of the tower. Therefore, on the premise of meeting the luminous mode and luminous intensity required by the aviation obstruction light standard, the aviation obstruction light with the lowest power consumption should be selected. The power consumption is low, and the side feedback is above the size of the solar panel and the battery.
