Maintenance requirements for the foundation of communication towers
(1) The communication tower foundation pile concrete of the communication tower shall be covered with straw mats or plastic film within 12 hours after pouring and moisturizing and curing. The covering should be tight and the plastic film should be kept with condensed water. Generally, it will be cured for about 28 days (by weather And temperature).
(2) The basic maintenance period of communication towers, three-tube towers, iron towers, and Guangzhou communication towers can be counted according to the period corresponding to the cumulative daily average temperature reaching 6000 C〃d. The period of 00 C and below is not counted. The maintenance period At least it should not be less than 14d, but it should not be greater than 60d.
(3) The foundation of the communication tower should be properly insulated when the temperature is low.
(4) Before the concrete strength of the communication tower foundation reaches 1.2N/mm2, no formwork or bracket shall be stepped on or installed on the communication tower foundation.
(5) When the average temperature of the day is lower than 50°C, the foundation of the communication tower shall not be watered.
(6) Take samples and submit them for inspection according to the national standard GBJ107 "Concrete Strength Inspection and Evaluation Standard". The communication tower can be installed only after reaching the standard.
Communication tower
When the communication tower foundation is returned to soil, do not use rock backfill around the angle steel of the grounding body, but use soft soil to backfill to ensure good grounding resistance, and the soil back to be rammed. It is generally advisable to return to soil after the end of the maintenance period.
When supervising the construction of the communication tower foundation, each process must be side-stationed and equipped with a photo (recording) camera to take necessary photos or videos.
After the foundation work of the communication tower is completed, the construction unit, the supervision unit, the design unit, the civil construction unit and the iron tower construction unit shall conduct a joint acceptance of the communication tower foundation.
When the communication tower foundation is checked and accepted, the civil engineering unit shall submit the following technical data:
⒈ Communication tower basic design documents (including design change notification and material substitution certification documents);
⒉ Communication tower basic material quality certificate or material re-inspection report;
⒊ Visa records of the basic concealed project of the communication tower;
⒋ Test report of compressive strength of communication tower foundation concrete;
⒌ Construction records of communication tower foundation concrete engineering; (material quality, cement, sand, stone ratio, maintenance period, etc.)
⒍ Retest record of communication tower foundation;
⒎ Basic ground resistance test record of communication tower (generally ground resistance should be less than 5Ω)
The results of the joint inspection of the communication tower foundation acceptance should meet the design requirements and the relevant national quality acceptance specifications such as the "Construction Quality Acceptance Specification for Concrete Structure Engineering". And check the data according to the basic acceptance data of the communication tower. The position of the anchor bolts of the tower foot and the deviation of the flange support surface should meet the requirements of the basic standards of the communication tower.
