Inspection

To make sure the steel pole quality, we have professional technicists to inspect the poles before delivery. We have Lab Test, Workload Test, Steel thick Test, Galvanization thick Test, etc.

The fabrication process such as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drill holes, quality checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating, finally quality checked according to client's requirement.

Packaging & Shipping

We use sack to pack the poles or straw at the pole top and bottom, which is our normal package. We also use wood between the poles but this costs just a bit higher than normal package. We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26Ton.
