  • The Energy Saving Of Injection Molding Machine

    The energy saving of injection molding machine can be divided into two parts: one is the power part and the other is the heating part.

    Energy-saving power parts: mostly adopts frequency converter, motor energy saving way is by saving more energy, the real power of the motor is 50 hz, for example, and in production, in fact, you only need 30 hz enough production, that extra energy is wasted, the inverter is to change the motor power output to achieve the effect of energy saving.

    Energy saving of heating part: most of the energy saving of heating part is using electromagnetic heater, and the energy saving rate is about 30%-70% of the old resistance circle.

    1. Compared with resistance heating, the electromagnetic heater has an extra layer of insulation layer, and the heat energy utilization rate increases.

    2. Compared with resistance heating, electromagnetic heater directly ACTS on the material tube heating, reducing heat transfer heat loss.

    3. Compared with resistance heating, the heating speed of the electromagnetic heater is more than one quarter faster, which reduces the heating time.

    4. Compared with resistance heating, the heating speed of the electromagnetic heater is faster, and the production efficiency is improved, so that the motor is in a saturated state, which reduces the power loss caused by high power and low demand.

    The above four points are the reason why feilu electromagnetic heater can save up to 30% to 70% energy on the injection molding machine.
