    The shape of the planar monopole antenna can be square, circular, elliptical or triangular. Considering the convenience and practicality of production, only square and square chamfered antennas are studied in this paper. The material for making the antenna can be selected from a copper plate or an iron plate having a thickness of about 0.5 mm and cut into a square shape. The grounding plate can be selected from a square copper-clad printed circuit board with a side length of 100-200 mm. Drill a 4mm hole in the feeding area, install an SMA socket, and the core wire is exposed on the grounding plate as the feeding point of the antenna. The square planar antenna is vertically soldered on the SMA socket core, and the feed point is the midpoint of the bottom edge of the planar antenna, leaving a feed gap (FeedGap) h during soldering.

    An untangled square planar monopole antenna has a narrow impedance bandwidth, but its four variations can broaden the impedance bandwidth of the antenna to varying degrees. The first variant, that is, based on the square antenna, a 1mm diameter conductor or a 2mm wide copper piece is connected to the ground plate at a corner of the bottom edge, also called a shorting post. Hereinafter, it is referred to as an a-shaped antenna; the second modification is that a triangular notch is cut off at one side of the bottom edge, and the angle may be in the range of 10° to 64°, hereinafter referred to as a b-shaped antenna; the third deformation is After making the b-shaped antenna, add a short-circuit branch on the other side of the bottom side, as shown in Figure 1(a). The fourth variant, on the basis of making the b-shaped antenna, on the other side of the bottom side. A triangular notch is symmetrically cut, hereinafter referred to as a d-shaped antenna, as shown in Fig. 1(b). The reason why the square antenna is deformed in four ways is to increase the impedance bandwidth of the antenna and to reduce the size of the antenna.
